About the role
As a Senior Support Coordinator in the Specialist Services Team, you will have responsibility for leading a team, whilst carrying a reduced caseload. This permanent full-time position is crucial within the organisation and is suited to an experienced and highly organised individual who has a passion for helping others.
You will support positive engagement with stakeholders including families, service providers, health professionals and Planners. You will mentor the Support Coordinators in your team to provide the highest possible quality service to our participants and promote a positive and supportive team culture.
